The ACITT welcome pack regarding your digitalbrain account is available online in .pdf format. It covers logging in, using your email and webspace, setting access rights and changing your password.
If you need more help with the digitalbrain system, click on the orange question mark in the Help menu on the tool bar at the top of the page. A range of training guides are available in .pdf format.

Activating Site Configuration

This effectively means you now have the ability to customise nearly every aspect of the system as a school would. If you wish to take advantange of these options please do the following:

1. go to your homepage
2. go into your virtual drive (click on the yellow folder icon in the menu bar)
3. select "new" (from the green options)
4. create a new "site configuration"
5. now go inside the newly created option by clicking on it
6. you will find that once inside "site configuration", selecting "new" enables you to activate a variety of extra options such as Menu tabs, banners, logos, and so on...

You will also notice aside from the site configuration options that it is now possible to experiment with creating communities, online courses and even other accounts. Yes, you can create "sub accounts" as if you were the school and were creating digitalbrains for pupils or staff and practice administering them - including their emails.

We would ask that members respect the generosity of digitalbrain in doing this and refrain from users abusing the system, e.g. using your ACITT account to create an entire set of accounts for your school instead of purchasing the product!
